I have successfully prosecuted and defended cases involving trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, fraud, deceptive trade practices, employment claims, and construction disputes, among many others. I provide general legal counsel to businesses. I draft and review construction contracts, employment agreements, wills, deeds, and contractors' liens. I represent clients in probate.
